Hey y’all! How was your New Year’s? I hope you are making 2015 awesome so far (: Here is a new FIT FRIDAY workout so that you can keep on top of your health & fitness goals. Let’s make this our best year yet!
I was looking through old FIT FRIDAY workouts and I noticed that upper body workouts are lacking so I thought today would be a good time to share a new upper body circuit!
This workout is going to work your arms, shoulders, and back…a little bit of everything! I would add in a little bit of cardio to go with it. Think a 1-2 mile jog or some plyos! Try pairing it with my Power Plyo workout.
Equipment You’ll Need:
Complete 4 rounds. Any time you see a x12/12 it means to do 12 per side.
