Hello and HAPPY FREAKING (fit) FRIDAY! Oh and happy birthday to my sweet husband, too (:

This is a jam-packed weekend for me – lots of dinners, parties, tailgates, etc. That being said, my time to workout is limited. I figured that since the holidays are upon us that your time might be limited, too. Hence my holiday hustle series!

Today’s workout will only take you 15 minutes but it will have you sweating, guaranteed!

Equipment You’ll Need:

  • Timer
  • Dumbbells

Workout Breakdown:


I know it’s hard to stay on track this time of year. But just make a plan and be realistic. If you only have time for 15 minute workouts then do 15 minute workouts! Stay with it, girlfriend…you’re worth it!
