Quick 100 Workout

Hey y’all! This week was a whirlwind for some reason – so much going on! But I still made time to crush a lot of great workouts. Oh and I made a fun announcement on Insta this week: I’ve decided to make a career change…say what! I’m going back to school for speech-language pathology! I’ll be doing a full blog post on that soon so keep your eyes open for that. Thank y’all for the sweet encouragement that you left on the Instagram post – means so much to me!

Today I have a quick chipper workout to share with you guys. These are the kinds of workouts that I do when I want to get in a quick workout but still work up a good sweat (:
