Hey babes and HAPPY FIT FRIDAY! You know what Fit Friday means – a new workout for y’all, of course (: If you know me at all, you know that I LOVE plyos. They’re awesome for burning fat, building muscle, and just getting your sweat on! So today’s workout is ALL THE PLYOS!
