Happy Fit Friday, y’all! YAY WEEKEND (: Today I have a little ab workout that will have your abs looking amazing…hence the name, AMAZING ABS!
You don’t need any equipment. I would suggest tacking this on after a nice cardio sesh. It won’t take very long, but you will feel the burn. Promise!

If you can’t tell, I’m not a huge fan of crunches. My ab exercise of choice is planks! They’re super effective and work your entire core if you do them properly. Make sure that you have your wrists (or elbows) right underneath your shoulders and that your body is in a straight line. Don’t let those hips creep up. Booty and abs should be engaged aka squeezed tight the entire time.
