My 3 Favorite Waistline Cinching Moves

Happy Monday, babes! AND HAPPY DAY ONE of the Glisten Girl’s 28-Day Challenge (: Who’s doing the workout?! Tabata Series 1 + 3 rounds of Legs & Booty 1…I’ll be doing it this afternoon!

I’m really trying to build up my YouTube channel – I feel like videos are a great way to connect with y’all on a different level so time to get over my fear of being on camera and GO FOR IT! I put together a quickie WAISTLINE CINCHING workout for you…don’t worry, I’ll still have a full body workout posted for FIT FRIDAY, too!

    You do great on camera so stop being scared! You have a very likeable personality.

    I’m not sure what I want to see from your channel. Everything you have done is great. Maybe “A Day in the Life”, or “What I Ate”, I know a lot of people ask you what you eat in a day. Of course keep the workouts coming, fitness tips, and so on!
