Happy FIT Friday babes (: I just have to thank y’all again for all of the Instagram love on our wedding pictures! I love sharing them with you guys. Today I have a fun announcement…I shared it on Facebook earlier this week. It’s something that I’m planning now so it’s in the works. My goal is to have it launched by summer-ish.

Drum roll….

Virtual Gym

That’s right…I’m starting a virtual gym! Like I said, the planning is still in the works, but I’m thinking it’ll be $10 per month and that will give you access to a new workout video each week plus all of the archived videos from past weeks in the virtual gym. The workout videos will be different than I’ve posted here. I’ll be doing the entire workout on the video so you just have to push play and do what I do! What do y’all think? Interested?

And of course, since it’s FIT FRIDAY, I put together a little workout printable for y’all to do today…what better way to kick off the weekend than with a good sweat sesh?!

  • I love the idea of a virtual gym. When this gets launched I will sign up for sure. I love your work out videos and you are such an inspiration. I’ve been saying for the longest time that I want to get healthy, and then finally something was said to me a week ago that just triggered something inside of me and now, I know I’m ready to make this change. I want to be healthy, and strong.

    I LOVE your site! I found it and I spent my entire night catching up on all the good posts I never saw! But I just did this workout and I loved it, I am sweating and feel the burn!

    How many times through would you recommend trying to do!? I did two to start!

    I just did this workout after a 20 minute run and could only go through it once. It’s a killer!
