HAPPY (fit) FRIDAY! Woo! How was your week? Did you get in the workouts that you wanted to? This is how I felt after my leg workouts this week:
I upped some of my weights and man I felt the BURN! The best feeling though (:
Today I have a fun, full body resistance band workout for y’all. This is the perfect workout to do if you are in a hurry or if you’re out at the park with your kids or family.
- 5 bands from heavy to light resistance
- 2 handles
- 2 ankle straps
- Door anchor
- Carrying case
Okay – enough talking, more working out!
Equipment You’ll Need:
- Resistance bands with handles and ankle strap
- Something to wrap the bands around (like a pole or tree)
Resistance bands are great if you don’t have access to a lot of equipment or if you’re looking for low impact resistance moves. Give this workout a try and let me know what you think!
