Happy Fit Friday, babes! This week flew by for me and I am not complaining…it’s time to relax and enjoy the weekend! I’m getting better about not working AS much on the weekend. I’m trying to find a good balance and I think it’s going well.
Anyway, I have another AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) workout for y’all today. The only equipment you’ll need is a jump rope. If you don’t have a jump rope you can just substitute it with high knees in place…get that heart rate up (: Oh, and you’ll need a timer.
I love AMRAPs because I’m competitive. I love racing against the clock to see how many rounds I can squeeze in during the allotted time. Sometimes I’ll go back and do the workout again the next week to see if I can beat how many rounds I did the first time.
For this one, you’re going to set your timer for 30 minutes and let it run non-stop to 0. Starting with the 200 jump ropes (or high knees) and working your way down the list to the 30 squats, you are going to complete as many rounds as you can before the timer runs out. Take breaks when you need to…listen to your body.
