Hey y’all (: I hope you’re as excited as I am about December! Can you say HELLLLOOOO Christmas Break?! I take my last 2 finals today and then I am home free until January…praise the Lord!
Anyway, I’m back today with another 15-minute Holiday Hustle workout for you! This is a leg+booty workout. For optimal results, try to challenge yourself and use heavy weights. Just make sure to keep good form.
Equipment You’ll Need:
- Dumbbells or a barbell with plates
If you have more than 15 minutes, I would suggest trying to complete 4 sets of this. That’s what a typical leg day looks like for me…4 sets of 5 exercises.
