Hi loves! If you follow me on Insta you probably know that I post lots of food pictures over there. I love me some good food and I refuse to get bored with what I eat. In my e-book (which is coming out in APRIL!) I give an example of a 7-day meal guide of the foods that I eat! Until then I figured that today I could share some things I’ve been eating like crazy lately (: Enjoy!
I love breakfast! Eggs, toast, avocado, strawberries, coffee and (DUH) asparagus.
I’m also obsessed with what I like to call “Build a Bowls”…which you will learn more about in my upcoming e-book!
Greek yogurt has been one of my go-to mid morning snacks. Here you see greek yogurt, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, chia seeds and just a little bit of dark chocolate (;
Green smoothies are my SAVING grace when it comes to early mornings. If I have a client before 8am, I prepare a smoothie to sip on during my first session. Plus it’s a good way to get in some extra greens for the day…winning!
PANCAKES. Enough said.
Rice cakes with peanut butter and a variety of toppings have been my favorite pre-workout snack lately.
And if you know me at all, you know that my taco obsession IS REAL.
