Hi sweet friends (: I know it’s been awhile since I’ve done a non-workout post, so I thought it would be fun to share some of the meals that I’ve been enjoying lately. I’ve been getting a little (like big emphasis on the word “little”) more creative with my meals so here we go!
This is a bowl with brown rice, brussel sprouts, egg whites, and a whole egg. Topped with hot sauce, of course.
My go-to breakfast has been oatmeal. Hot oatmeal. I cook it with 1/4 cup of almond milk and a half cup of egg whites. Add some PB and stevia and BOOM delicious.
This has been a favorite of mine for awhile: a flat out pizza. And asparagus…duh!
Protein waffles – it might look like breakfast but I actually have these for dinner a lot! This is my favorite brand of mix.
And if you know me at all you know that I love Mexican food so I created a quick, healthy nacho recipe. There’s ground turkey and some fat free refried beans on top. The rest is pretty self-explanatory (;
