JULY HAS ARRIVED! Start the month off strong with me (:
If you’re a member of Glisten Online Gym you’ll have access to all of the linked workouts below. Don’t forget to keep track of your workouts in your Glisten Online Gym journal this week. Let’s kill these workouts!
If you want access to the linked workout videos, make sure that you join Glisten Online Gym (it’s only $10 a month) so that we can workout together every day!
Glisten Online Gym Journal:
I suggest starting a Glisten Online Gym workout journal. If it’s a “For Time” workout (which means you have a certain amount of rounds to complete) I want you to record the workout number, how long it took you to do the workout, and what weights you used. If it is an AMRAP (as many rounds as possible in a given time frame) then I want you to write down the workout number, how many rounds you got through, and what weights you used. This way when we do a workout that we’ve already done you can watch yourself getting stronger and faster!
Here are the workouts you’ll be doing this week:
*HF = HIIT FUSION (I will still be using the archived HIIT FUSION workout videos in your weekly schedules)
*GoG = Glisten Online Gym
Complete GoG #5 and jog 1-mile. If you can’t jog 1 mile for whatever reason, you can substitute the run with your 1-Mile Replacement (this is a new one that is exclusively for the Glisten Online Gym).
Happy 4th of July (: Take the day off and celebrate this great country that we live in with your friends and family! Active rest day! Do something active – like take a walk or a hike. Or take a yoga class at a local studio. Don’t forget to incorporate some stretching and foam rolling (:
