Okay so hate may be a strong word. But let’s just say I don’t particularly enjoy running like I do lifting or HIIT workouts. Happy Sunday! I’ve always liked the saying, “A Sunday well spent brings a week of content.” SO TRUE. I like to spend the first part of my Sunday getting things ready for the coming week (meal prep, workout planning, etc) and the second part rejuvenating my mind and body by doing something that I love (going to the beach with my husband, for example). Why You Shouldn’t Be Working Out Hardcore Every Single Day

I’ve heard the phrase “Team No Days Off” before and I have to say, I’m not a fan.
