So here’s my logic on this one: pumpkin + coffee + protein = you can’t really lose now can you? I’m the typical fall-loving girl…pumpkin everything, fall-scented candles, leggings as pants, you know, the usual. But I have to do a lot of improvising since it’s hot in Florida still. Enter: the Pumpkin Protein Iced Coffee.
I’m kind of repulsed by what’s in Starbucks’ PSL so I decided to make my own version:
What You’ll Need:
- Cup of coffee
- Scoop of vanilla protein (I used this one)
- 2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup almond milk (I used vanilla)
- 1 frozen banana
- Handful of ice
- Sprinkle of cinnamon & pumpkin pie spice
What To Do:
Blend everything together! BAM…easy. Then top with more cinnamon & pumpkin pie spice if you’d like. And obviously you should drink it out of a mason jar and an orange straw, because who doesn’t like to be festive?
