Hi my sweet Glisten girls! Did you have a wonderful weekend? I can’t believe that Christmas is NEXT WEEK! How did that happen? Do you have everything ready to go? I’m thinking about sharing a few gift ideas on Wednesday! Not that any of y’all waited til the last minute to do your shopping right? (;
Anyway – today I want to share a new recipe that I’ve been obsessed with. This literally takes 2 minutes to whip up and if you eat it with apples (or any fruit, really) it’s the perfect pre-workout snack! Carbs (apple) – check! Healthy fats (nut butter) – check! I like to eat both of those before a workout so that I will have enough energy to get through the workout.
What You’ll Need:
- 6 ounces of plain Greek yogurt
- 1 TBSP of peanut butter (or whatever kind of nut butter you like)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 TBSP of honey
What You’ll Do:
Ummm mix everything together and BAM you’re done! Told you it was easy!
I can’t stop eating this dip. It is seriously so good. And it’s a good sweet tooth conqueror, too. Give it a try and let me know what you think!
