I get emails all the time asking about these 2 things, so I figured it was time to put all of the information together and find a way to get it into your hands (:
Anyway…today I have another green smoothie recipe for y’all!
I love anything sour so this smoothie is one that will make you smack your lips…my mouth is watering just typing about it!
What You’ll Need:
- 2 handfuls spinach
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- Juice from 1/4 or 1/2 of a lime (depending on how tart you want it)
- 1/2 cup pineapple (frozen)
- 1 cup raspberries (frozen)
- 1 cup of water
What You’ll Do:
Blend it all together in your high speed blender (I use a Vitamix and I love it) and ENJOY!
