Hey guys! It’s been awhile since I’ve shared a recipe here, but I have been DEVOURING these so I wanted to share (: I found the original recipe here but I changed it up a little bit.
What You’ll Need:
- 3 scoops (~93 grams) of vanilla protein powder (I use this one in gourmet vanilla)
- 3 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
- 5 drops of stevia
- 6-10 tablespoons of water
- 80 grams of old fashioned oats
- Poppy seeds
- Lemon zest to taste
What You’ll Do:
Mix protein powder, oats, lemon juice, stevia, lemon zest, and poppy seeds in a bowl. Slowly mix in water (1 tablespoon at a time) until mixture sticks together. Roll into 12 balls and put on a plate. Place the plate in fridge and let cool for an hour before you enjoy them.
I leave mine in a Tupperware container in the fridge and eat them throughout the week. They’re awesome for grab and go…super delicious!
