Funny how when school is out I can crank out blog posts, huh? (; But seriously – I HAD to share this protein shake with y’all because it is DELICIOUS. It’s SO easy and it’s the perfect thing to conquer a sweet tooth.
What You’ll Need:
- 1 scoop of birthday cake protein (I use this one)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- Handful of ice
- 1 graham cracker
- Sprinkles (obviously)
- Cool whip (I use this kind)
What You’ll Do:
Blend the protein, almond milk, and ice in a blender (I love my Vitamix!). Pour into a mug…I used a frosty mug and it was PERFECT. Top with a teaspoon of cool whip, 1/2 of a crumbled graham cracker, and some sprinkles (because what is a birthday cake anything without sprinkles?!). Enjoy!
I’ve also traded out the ice for half of a frozen banana and it was good, too! I also like to mix this protein with iced coffee…yum!
