Time Commitment: 4 weeks
- A 4-week personalized workout plan that is geared toward your goals (plan can be made for gym workouts or home workouts)
- A weekly email check-in form to fill out to hold you accountable and keep you on track
- A monthly reflection form to fill out
- Unlimited email communication with me
How to Get Started:
- On the 20th of every month my online personal training spots will become available. Spots are first come first serve. There are a limited number of spots each month so that I can give you my full attention.
- On the 20th of the month before you want to train with me, visit this page to see how many spots are available. Shoot me an email (jessica[@]glistenfit[dot]com) letting me know you are interested in training.
- I will send you the waiver and questionnaire within 2 business days.
- Fill those out and send them back to me ASAP.
- After I have looked over your forms and made sure that we are a good fit to work together, I will send you a PayPal invoice. Once payment is received I will build your program and have it to you before the 1st of your training month!
