How to Get Started:

  • On the 20th of every month my online personal training spots will become available. Spots are first come first serve. There are a limited number of spots each month so that I can give you my full attention.
  • On the 20th of the month before you want to train with me, visit this page and purchase your training at the top of the page.
  • Once I have received your payment I will send you the waiver and questionnaire within 1 business day.
  • Fill those out and send them back to me.
  • After I have looked over your forms, I will send you your 4 week program within 5 business days.

Time Commitment: 4 weeks
