How to Get Started:
- On the 20th of every month my online personal training spots will become available. Spots are first come first serve. There are a limited number of spots each month so that I can give you my full attention.
- On the 20th of the month before you want to train with me, visit this page and purchase your training at the top of the page.
- Once I have received your payment I will send you the waiver and questionnaire within 1 business day.
- Fill those out and send them back to me.
- After I have looked over your forms, I will send you your 4 week program within 5 business days.
Time Commitment: 4 weeks

*A typical email response takes 1-3 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
