Did y’all have a good weekend?! I spent most of it celebrating the fact that HIIT Fusion is LAUNCHED! Oh and planning our Christmas decor…duh! My husband just got back from hunting so we’re gonna deck the halls sometime this week with ALL things Christmas! I can’t wait! I started burning Christmas candles as soon as we finished celebrating Thanksgiving. It took ALL my will power to wait until after Thanksgiving to start celebrating Christmas, ha!
Here is your workout schedule for the week:
Rest day! Spend 20-30 minutes stretching or foam rolling.
Complete HIIT Fusion workout #2.
Active rest day! Do something active – like take a walk or a hike.
Complete the NEW workout (HIIT Fusion workout #6) that is posted for the week (: It will be posted Friday!
Feel free to mix and match days to make the schedule work for you! For example, if you need to take a rest day on Tuesday instead of Wednesday, just swap those days (:
Also I really suggest spending a little bit of time on Sunday preparing for the upcoming week! Plan your meals and your workouts. Treat your workouts as appointments…something that you can’t skip!
