Glisten Online Gym Weekly Workout Schedule

Happy Valentine’s Day, loves! I just want to take a quick second to say whether you’re spending today with a significant other, with a group of girlfriends, or with your family – remember to love yourself! I personally think that in order to love someone else to the full extent, you’ve first got to love yourself. You are strong, you are beautiful, you are ENOUGH!

Okay…time for your Glisten Online Gym weekly workout schedule (:

If you’re a member of Glisten Online Gym you’ll have access to all of the linked workouts below. Don’t forget to keep track of your workouts in your Glisten Online Gym journal this week.

If you want access to the linked workout videos, make sure that you join Glisten Online Gym (it’s only $10 a month) so that we can workout together every day!

Glisten Online Gym Journal:

I suggest starting a Glisten Online Gym workout journal. If it’s a “For Time” workout (which means you have a certain amount of rounds to complete) I want you to record the workout number, how long it took you to do the workout, and what weights you used. If it is an AMRAP (as many rounds as possible in a given time frame) then I want you to write down the workout number, how many rounds you got through, and what weights you used. This way when we do a workout that we’ve already done you can watch yourself getting stronger and faster!

Here are the workouts you’ll be doing this week:

*HF = HIIT FUSION (I will still be using the archived HIIT FUSION workout videos in your weekly schedules)
*GoG = Glisten Online Gym

Sunday 02.14:

Happy Valentine’s Day! Active rest day! Do something active – like take a walk or a hike. Or take a yoga class at a local studio. Bring a friend to make it fun (: Don’t forget to incorporate some stretching and foam rolling!

Monday 02.15:

Complete HF #27 and jog 1-mile. If you can’t jog 1 mile for whatever reason, you can substitute the run with your 1-Mile Replacement (this is a new one that is exclusively for the Glisten Online Gym).

Tuesday 02.16:

Complete HF #43 and HF #61.

Wednesday 02.17:

Active rest day! Do something active – like take a walk or a hike. Or take a yoga class at a local studio. Don’t forget to incorporate some stretching and foam rolling!

Thursday 02.18:

Complete HF #8 and jog 1-mile. If you can’t jog 1 mile for whatever reason, you can substitute the run with your 1-Mile Replacement (this is a new one that is exclusively for the Glisten Online Gym).

Friday 02.19:

Complete the NEW workout (GoG #5) that is posted for the week (: It will be posted Thursday!

Saturday 02.20:

Complete HF #46 and HF #17.

*Feel free to mix and match days to make the schedule work for you! For example, if you need to take a rest day on Friday instead of Wednesday just swap those days (:
