Do you spend some time on Sundays preparing for the coming week? I know I do. I plan out my workouts and spend a few hours meal prepping. It makes staying on track throughout the week so much easier. That’s why I post the Glisten Online Gym Weekly Workout Schedule on Sunday mornings – so that YOU can prepare for the upcoming week, too (:

Remember, the workout videos will be the last HIIT FUSION workout videos that we filmed for the next few weeks – then after that, I will be the only one in the workout videos (:

I suggest starting a Glisten Online Gym workout journal. If it’s a “For Time” workout (which means you have a certain amount of rounds to complete) I want you to record how long it took you to do the workout. If it is an AMRAP (as many rounds as possible in a given time frame) then I want you to write down how many rounds you got through. This way when we do a workout that we’ve already done you can watch yourself getting stronger and faster!

Here are the workouts you’ll be doing this week:

*HF = HIIT FUSION (I will still be using the archived HIIT FUSION workout videos in your weekly schedules)
*GoG = Glisten Online Gym

Sunday 01.24:

Active rest day! Do something active – like take a walk or a hike. Or take a yoga class at a local studio. Bring a friend to make it fun (:

Monday 01.25:

Complete HF #7 and and jog 1-mile. If you can’t jog 1 mile for whatever reason, you can substitute the run with your 1-Mile Replacement (this is a new one that is exclusively for the Glisten Online Gym).

Tuesday 01.26:

Complete HF #55 and HF #33.

Wednesday 01.27:

Active rest day! Do something active – like take a walk or a hike. Or take a yoga class at a local studio.

Thursday 01.28:

Complete HF #40 and jog 1-mile. If you can’t jog 1 mile for whatever reason, you can substitute the run with your 1-Mile Replacement (this is a new one that is exclusively for the Glisten Online Gym).

Friday 01.29:

Complete the NEW workout (GoG #2) that is posted for the week (: It will be posted Thursday!

Saturday 01.30:

Complete HF #11 and and jog 1-mile. If you can’t jog 1 mile for whatever reason, you can substitute the run with your 1-Mile Replacement (this is a new one that is exclusively for the Glisten Online Gym).

*Feel free to mix and match days to make the schedule work for you! For example, if you need to take a rest day on Friday instead of Wednesday just swap those days (:
