5 Must Have Foods

I’m trying to get better at recording videos so I decided to film a video talking about my 5 must have foods! All of these are staples in my kitchen and they make my day to day life easier and healthier.

What are your 5 must have foods? Are any of them the same as mine?

    As always, thank you for sharing! Congratulations on the one year anniversary! I’ll be married for five this year.

    So my top five foods would probably have to be,
    1.Greek Yogurt
    2.Fruit, like any, but I can eat a whole watermelon in a day. Is that bad? Lol.
    3.Veggies, like you.. asparagus, but also broccoli and brussel sprouts are my fav.
    4.Granola/Quest bars
    5.Lastly, I love my Graze box subscription for on the go snacks!

    1 – PickyBars
    2 – Canteloupe/honeydew melon
    3 – Eggs
    4 – Avocado
    5 – fresh mozzarella

    Have you considered uploading your videos to YouTube? Just thought I’d ask!

      Hi Laura!

      Avocado was a close 6 on my list 🙂
      I’ve used YouTube and Vimeo is just much cleaner and doesn’t have all the ads and stuff.
      I know that Youtube is more popular, but I just prefer Vimeo!
