Happy Monday! How was your weekend? We celebrated Adam’s birthday with a bonfire…I always forget how much I love bonfires until this time of year rolls around! Another exciting thing that happened: we got our HIIT Fusion Online Gym logo made! Here’s a look:

On to today’s post…
So I get a lot of slack for what I choose to eat. And you know what? It’s annoying. I don’t get why people make fun of others for making healthy choices, for taking care of their body, and for fueling it with whole/clean foods.
People constantly ask and tell me, “Wouldn’t you rather be eating some of this pizza?” or
“I know that doesn’t taste good…just have some of the cake over there.”
UM excuse me but for the record – I love what I eat.
The food that I choose to eat tastes good and it gives me energy. Not to mention it gets me closer to my personal goals.
I feel really bad for people who dread healthy eating. Who try to make healthy choices but all they can think about is a big greasy burger and fries.
Making healthy choices in the kitchen is SO mental.
You’ve got to focus on your goals. You have to find food that is good for you AND that you think tastes good. It does exist – it just takes some trial and error.
Be grateful that you have access to food that fuels your body and makes you a healthier person. Find recipes that make you excited to eat them and that bring you that much closer to your goals.
You are strong. You are beautiful. You are in control.
Oh and…seriously: healthy food doesn’t have to suck.
