Grocery Shopping + Kitchen Tour VLOG

Happy Wednesday, y’all (: Monday got away from me so quick that I didn’t get to share a weekend update! I spent all day Saturday out on the water and then Sunday was spent showering the mothers in my life with love!

*UM can we talk about how amazing my Grandma looks for 70+? Praise the Lord for good genes (; Oh an just FYI – she’s a clean eating advocate as well! Obviously it works!

So if you haven’t picked up on it, I’ve been really stepping up my blog game. You can watch all of the videos over on my YouTube channel, because I don’t post all of them here.

Here I’m sharing a kitchen tour! Aka what’s in my fridge and pantry (and just a note: you will see some of my vices in this video ;))

Enjoy and don’t forget to subscribe to my channel so you don’t miss anything!

xo, Jess

I use that coffee creamer when the store is out of the almond creamer. Also, have you tried Annies Naturals Organic BBQ sauce? I find it at Target and I think it is some of the best BBQ sauce I’ve ever had and it doesn’t have the bad stuff in it other BBQ sauce has. Just an idea. You eat so healthy you can get away with a squirt of the bad stuff ๐Ÿ™‚ Also, love the cookie jar filled with cookie Quest bars! Lol. I need to do that.

Thanks for showing us around. Have a good day!

You are so inspiring! Thank you for doing this! I’m still working on trying to eat cleaner and healthier but sometimes I find it so hard when I am feeding a husband and two kids as well! We all have big appetites. LOL And the cost of food can sometimes get crazy. I buy a lot of what you have shown but I still have some work to do. I have wanted to ask what you buy in terms of dark chocolate/cacao but I see you just buy Nestle dark chocolate morsels. The closest thing I was able to find in the store to cacao is the Ghiradelli 60% cacao but didn’t know if there was something better? And those Quest bars look great to keep on hand but they are $2.50 a piece in Publix! I normally buy a whole box of bars for $2.50-$3 (cascasdian farms, cliff, etc.) Any other good bar suggestions or do you get a better deal on the Quest bars somewhere?

It’s definitely challenging when the people around you don’t eat healthy ๐Ÿ™‚ Just do the b best that you can, girl! I actually love the Ghiradelli brand – that’s usually what I buy but they were out the day I bought mine so I went with Nestle! I get my Quest bars from Amazon – so much better as far as price goes! It’s the only bar that I ever eat though ๐Ÿ™‚ hope this helps!

I loved this post! It makes me feel good about what is in my kitchen and gave me some more ideas to ramp it up. I really enjoy the idea of having a stash of Quest bars though. I have them once in a while but having them on hand would make grab and go easier! Also, where is your arm candy from in the video. Super cute! Go Grandma!
