We Did Sprints and Plyos…What Did You Do?!

Hey y’all!

So Drew and I did a quick little check-in video for our HIIT FUSION CREW (: We want to let you know that we’re getting our workouts in and make sure that you’re getting yours in!

We’re going to start making these videos once a week or so, but we want  to know what you want to see! Workouts? Recipes? Day in the life of? YOU TELL ME and we’ll make it happen!

    I would love to see more recipes. I like the day-in-the-life of idea though too.

    Can you do some workout challenges or HIIT Fusion videos that address the inner thigh? I’m really happy with all the progress I’ve seen so far in several areas of my body, but my inner thighs are just lacking compared to everything else.
