Hi ladies! OKAY. As most of y’all know, I teach boot camps twice a week where I live. I’ve had so many of you email, tweet, or Instagram me telling me how much you wish you lived near so you could attend! WELL GUESS WHAT?
I’ve created a VIRTUAL BOOT CAMP just for you! I’m so excited about this, I can hardly stand it. I took a poll on Instagram asking how you guys wanted me to do it and this is the option that won.
Here’s how it’s gonna go down:
- Each week I’m going to create a full body workout that requires little to no equipment.
- You sign up each week that you want to receive the virtual boot camp workout and it will be delivered to your inbox on Wednesday of every week that you sign up.
- The email that you receive will include: a workout printable (which is the workout instructions) and a visual demo of me doing the workout. This will either be as pictures or as a video. I’ll also be giving you tips and modifications for all of the exercises in the workout.
- You do the workout whenever you want and after you finish it, you should totally post a sweaty pic using #glistenfitVBC (VBC = virtual boot camp)
Here’s how you sign up:
- Take a look at the schedule and find the Virtual Boot Camp listings (which is every Wednesday).
- Once you click that listing, it will take you to the registration form where you sign up and pay (via PayPal).
- After you pay, I will need you to sign the waiver which can be found in the First Timer Forms section and email it to me as soon as you can. You will only have to do this one time.
- After I have received your payment and waiver I will email you the boot camp that you signed up for on that Wednesday!
All of the boot camp workouts are full body workouts that are going to push you! They include cardio & resistance training and I promise that you will be sweating by the end. These boot camp workouts are going to help boost you to the next level of your fitness journey (: Each boot camp class is $5…this is half the price of what I charge for my local boot camps, since I won’t actually be there with you.
The next thing on my list is to figure out how to teleport so that I can workout in person with all of you (;
