Upper Body HIIT Workout

Hello and HAPPY FIT FRIDAY! How was your week? I hope it was filled with lots of killer workouts (; Speaking of killer workouts – are you ready for an upper body HIIT workout? I have a newfound love for training upper body (especially shoulders) which is funny, because I never used to train upper body. I was afraid of getting “bulky” – I didn’t know any better a few years ago. Take my advice – picking up weights will not make you bulky. But it will give you sleek, defined arms sooooo yeah, I’d suggest going for it!

Since you typically don’t burn a ton of calories when training upper body, I always like to tie in some HIIT into my upper body days. So that’s what I did with this workout…I want you to get more bang for your buck.

Let’s get into it!

Equipment You’ll Need:

  • Timer
  • Dumbbells
