As soon as mid-October hits I feel like the holiday rush is in full swing. Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, etc. It’s easy to let your health and fitness take a back seat to the chaos…trust me, I know!
Since being back in school, my workout time is limited so I’ve gone back to the basics. I’m doing 90% of my training in my garage and I restarted my Strength + HIIT bundle pack. I love having a set routine so that I don’t even have to think about what I’m doing, I can just walk out to the garage and get it done!
