Glisten Girls 28-Day Challenge Details

Hey babes! I know I usually don’t post on Tuesdays but I wanted to get this info to y’all ASAP!

28-Day Challenge


The Breakdown:

On May 4th all of us Glisten Girls are going to start the 28-day challenge that is in my e-book. It is 28 days of workouts! There is also a 7-day meal guide that you can use to help get your nutrition on the right track. The point of the challenge is to hold you accountable. So that you have support and encouragement and actually complete all 28 days worth of workouts (: The challenge will take place on Instagram.

I’ll be doing the training schedule with y’all so I’ll be posting as well!

Oh and did I mention that there will be winners selected at the end of the challenge?! (:

The Rules:

There aren’t really “rules” but there are guidelines to make the challenge more fun for everyone. When you complete the workouts or you eat a healthy meal or do any of the fierce or fabulous challenges post a picture/video on Instagram and use the hashtags #glistengirls #glistenchallenge and #glistenfiercefabulousfit so that the other Glisten Girls can find your posts (: This way we can encourage each other throughout the 28 days.

You must submit an email to by June 2 that has the following:

  • Before pictures (with name and date…one from the front and one from the side)
  • After pictures (same outfit as before pictures with name and date…one from the front and one from the side)
  • Your challenge testimony. Tell me how you feel after the challenge compared to how you felt before. Tell me what you got out of the challenge. Tell me what you learned about yourself. Tell me why you wanted to do the challenge. TELL ME EVERYTHING (:

So how do I win?

  • Get creative with your posts! Post often and use the hashtags. Post pictures/videos of you doing the fierce, fabulous, and fit challenges. I’ll be checking the hashtags frequently to see what y’all are posting and to see what kind of encouraging words y’all are posting on one another’s pictures (:
  • Comment and encourage other Glisten Girls’ posts (this is what makes the challenge fun!)
  • Submit your before/after pictures (one from the front and one from the side) by June 2 to
  • Submit your challenge testimony with your pictures by June 2 to
  • NOTE: The winners are NOT based on solely physical progress but it does play a factor

What do the winners get?

Yes you read that right winnerS. As in more than 1. There are going to be THREE winners. Each winner is going to get a $75 gift card to either Lululemon, Victoria Secret Sport, or Glyder (: 3 of my favorite places to buy workout clothes!

I wanted the prizes to be fun but I didn’t want them to be outrageous, because I want your focus to be on the confidence and strength that you’re gaining rather than just doing the workouts to win a prize. This is SO cliche, but everyone who does the challenge really is a winner because you’re going to be and feel so much healthier!

What are the important dates?

  • May 4th, 2015 (Monday): Start date! Make sure you take your before pictures on this day!
  • May 31st, 2015 (Sunday): End date! Take your after pictures on this day!
  • June 2nd, 2015 (Tuesday): 28-Day Challenge submissions DUE to
  • June 5th, 2015 (Friday): Challenge winners announced on my blog and Instagram
