Thanksgiving is one day a year. Do you want to spend that day bogged down with guilt? No? Me either. I just wanted to drop a little of encouragement for y’all…ENJOY yourself on Thanksgiving (: Eat delicious food. Make memories with your family and friends. Go on a walk after your big meal(s). Then on Friday get back to making wise eating choices and working out! No guilt required!
