Remember that time I released an e-book with a 28-day workout program/meal guide? WELLLL y’all have been so sweet and supportive so I’ve decided to create 2 more (:
I’ve been working away while I have some time off of school to get these 2 programs cranked out. There is going to be a HIIT program (fat loss) and a strength program (muscle building). They are the workouts that I do myself and I can’t wait to share them with y’all!
That being said, it might be a little bit quiet around these parts while I focus on getting these programs done. But to stay up to date, make sure that you’re following along on Instagram!
