Hey babes! Sorry for the double posting today but I wanted to get this info to y’all ASAP and I just now have the time to sit down and get this post done (:
I’m teaming up with Erin of Living in Yellow for another round of her #1800minutechallenge! This is my first time co-hosting it, but I’ve participated in the challenge before (:
Here’s the breakdown:
In the months of September and October myself, Erin and over 500 others are dedicating ourselves to working out for at least 1800 minutes (if you break it down by day, that’s about 30 minutes per day). I love that it doesn’t matter how you get your minutes – cardio, strength training, playing sports with your kids, workout videos, classes, etc. As long as you are moving it counts!
If you’re struggling to figure out what workouts to do, I have some resources for you!

- I have an online gym with weekly workout videos and a weekly workout schedule.
