Hey babes! Happy FIT FRIDAY (: I used to hate working out upper body. Probably because 1. It was my weak point and 2. I was afraid of “looking manly.” That was when I was naive and didn’t know much about how training worked!
Now I love training upper body! It makes me feel strong and it pushes me out of my comfort zone. Today I’m sharing a few of my go-to upper body moves with y’all!
Don’t be afraid to train upper body, ladies! You’re not going to bulk up unless you’re specifically training/dieting for that. Rocking a strong back, strong arms, and shoulders is awesome!
