Happy Fit Friday, babes (: I’m SO excited to jump into this weekend. Lots of fun plans and lots of NOT WORKING (praise the Lord). I need a break, that’s for sure. Tonight I’m going to one of those painting classes where you get to drink wine while you paint. Tomorrow one of my jobs is having a Field Day with all the members so I’ll be out in the sunshine playing a bunch of ridiculous games. And by ridiculous I mean awesome. And after that a some of us are going to see Tim McGraw. Sunday = beach day. So yeah, YAY weekend!

BUT before the fun & relaxing I think y’all should give this TOTAL AB BLASTER workout a try! Best part…no equipment is needed!

And a side note: my all time favorite ab exercise is a plank! I try to incorporate lots of different plank variations when I work my abs…mostly because they work my entire core and my shoulders feel the burn, too. 2 for 1? I’ll take it!

Remember something…you can workout your abs everyday (which would be totally unnecessary and unproductive) but unless your eating is complimenting your training, you’re not gonna have that flat, toned stomach that you long for. So make healthy choices in the kitchen and work on strengthening your abs 2-3 times per week and results will follow!

    My birthday is tomorrow, but my husband got me tickets for Tim McGraw on the 22nd here in Edmonton, Alberta! It’ll be my first concert ๐Ÿ™‚

    Thanks for the awesome workout! I work out twice a week with my friend and her boyfriend, and her mom and I’m supposed to be doing cardio on my days off from that…but it’s hard and boring…these exercises keep things interesting!

    just completed this workout — holy cow, woman!!! I will eventually work up to doing those dang side planks one minute with no-stopping. I kept it going though! slightly addicted to your workouts…. thanks! ๐Ÿ™‚
