HAPPY FIT FRIDAY, BABES (: I plan on having a very productive weekend! I need to “spring clean” my house and computer so hopefully in between sun bathing and workouts I can make that happen!
I have a quickie upper body workout for y’all today. This one will really help sculpt a strong, sexy upper body. I’ve been LOVING working out upper body lately, which is awesome, because it used to be my least favorite.
Anyway – on to the workout!
Equipment You’ll Need:
- Dumbbells (I suggest 10-15 pounds, depending on your fitness level)
If you are feeling really strong, you can up the weights that you use each round! Give this workout a try and let me know what y’all think (: I would pair it with some HIIT cardio, too!
