Hey y’all and HAPPY FIT FRIDAY (: For today’s workout you get a little YouTube clip of an upper body workout that I did last week!

Equipment You’ll Need:
- Barbell (you can also use a dumbbell for the upright rows)
- Resistance band and/or cable machine
- Bench or chair
- Jump rope
- Battle ropes
