Shoulder + Tricep Workout

Hey y’all and HAPPY FIT FRIDAY (: For today’s workout you get a little YouTube clip of an upper body workout that I did last week!

I love combining HIIT with upper body so that’s what you’re going to see in this video. In my 2 new workout programs I combine HIIT + Strength workouts for you to maximize your results. You can get your copies of the programs here.

ANYWAY on to today’s workout!

Equipment You’ll Need:

  • Dumbbells
  • Barbell (you can also use a dumbbell for the upright rows)
  • Resistance band and/or cable machine
  • Bench or chair
  • Jump rope
  • Battle ropes

    Couple of questions:

    1) Is the workout above similar to the workouts in your strength e-book?
    2) What kind of bands were you using for your tricep kickbacks?
