HAPPY FIT FRIDAY, everyone (: I know it’s been kind of quiet around here lately (save for the HIIT FUSION + Fit Friday posts). That’s because I’ve decided to start blogging over at my lifestyle blog again…so check that out if you’re wanting more fluffy posts!
Anyway – on to today’s workout. If you know me, it’s no surprise that training legs + booty is my favorite. But lately, shoulders have been next in line. There is just something about strong shoulders that I am loving! So I’ve put together one of my go-to shoulder routines for y’all to try.
Equipment You’ll Need:
- Dumbbells (I do most of these moves with 10-12 pound dumbbells)
