HAPPY FIT FRIDAY! It’s the last Friday in February (what?!) which means this is the last workout in the BURN OUT series. In case you missed any, let me catch you up:
And today’s workout:
A plyo burn out that is going to have your heart rate UP and your legs on FIRE! A plyo move is very powerful and explosive…some of my favorite types of exercises to do. I dedicate an entire day a week to doing plyos.
