Happy Fit Friday, y’all! It’s been a REALLY busy week for me…the wedding is in about 40 days…WHAT?! I can’t even believe it. I hope you guys are ready to start your weekend with a full body workout that is sure to make you sweat (:
I got a lot of good feedback on the Fab 50 workout so I decided to one up it and create a 100 style workout! This workout is designed to shed calories and strengthen your entire body. Best part is…you can do it right in your living room.
Equipment You’ll Need:
- Kettlebell (a dumbbell can work, too)
- Chair or bench
- Set of dumbbells
Set your timer for 30 minutes and complete as many rounds as possible!
NOTE: You’re only running 1 mile after the 30 minutes is up!
