Have y’all been following the Operation Ab-Tober workout calendar?! Well here is your first FIT FRIDAY ab workout (:
Before I show you though, I have to tell you a few things.
There is no such thing as spot reduction. Aka…we can’t choose where we lose fat. You’ve got to lower overall body fat for your abs to make an appearance. That is accomplished through a balanced training routine and proper eating. So please don’t eat crap and crunch your life away…I promise you’re doing it wrong if that’s the case.
I don’t rest when I’m doing abs – I typically go straight through all 3 sets. This routine is great, because you can do it at home with ZERO equipment. Which y’all know is code for ZERO excuses around here (;
Give this workout a try and let me know what you think! It would be perfect to tack on to some cardio or HIIT.
And a little side note: Drew & I have been working so hard to get things ready for the Online Gym (which we have a name now…we’ll share soon!) and we can’t wait for launch day! We hope y’all are excited with us!
