Happy FIT FRIDAY! Remember that time I used to make workout tutorials? Well…THEY’RE BAAAAACK. I won’t be doing a monthly workout calendar on the blog anymore so I figured I’d bring back the workout tutorials from time to time (: Don’t worry though – the workout schedules aren’t completely gone! You just have to join HIIT Fusion Online Gym on November 28…you’ll get a weekly workout schedule with FIVE workout videos to follow each week (one new video and four from the archives).
