Med Ball Body Blast Workout

Happy FIT FRIDAY! Remember that time I used to make workout tutorials? Well…THEY’RE BAAAAACK. I won’t be doing a monthly workout calendar on the blog anymore so I figured I’d bring back the workout tutorials from time to time (: Don’t worry though – the workout schedules aren’t completely gone! You just have to join HIIT Fusion Online Gym on November 28…you’ll get a weekly workout schedule with FIVE workout videos to follow each week (one new video and four from the archives).

Next week’s Fit Friday post will be a FREE workout video straight from the HIIT Fusion Online Gym…just a little preview so you can get an idea of what kind of workouts we’re putting together. So be on the lookout for that!

Equipment Needed:

  • Med ball (I used 10 pounds)

Med Ball Body Blast
This workout is going to work your entire body…it’s going to get your heart rate up, burn calories, and sculpt muscles from head to toe. My favorite move is the tricep toss…super fun!

Give this workout a try before you start your weekend! I’ll probably spend equal time outside enjoying this beautiful Florida weather and binge watching Gilmore Girls on Netflix (; #noshame
