Hey Glisten Girls (: Oh my gosh…how was Christmas? I’m actually posting this on Christmas Eve and scheduling it for Friday, so I can’t even tell you how my Christmas was because it hasn’t happened yet, ha! I’ll be sure to let you know next week though! Which next week I’m going to be sharing lots of fun new things that are going to be happening in 2015. Eeek!
But for today, I have a lower body workout for y’all! Working lower body is my all time favorite. You burn more calories because it’s a huge muscle group. Plus I just feel so accomplished after a good leg workout. The best kind of burn if you ask me (;
- Med ball
Complete this circuit 4 times through and I promise that it will hurt to walk the next day…really makes you want to do it right?!
