Hey y’all! HAPPY FIT FRIDAY (: I hope you had a fabulous week! I can tell you that I am ready for a little R&R this weekend! This was a LONG week but I made sure to get in some killer workouts and I really honed in on my eating and kept it pretty clean. I’m feeling good!
I’ve been getting some requests for some upper body workouts and you know…if you ask, I deliver! I’m going to try to start filming a quick, 60-second demo of these Fit Friday workouts so y’all have a visual of the moves (:
Anyways – let’s get to to the reason you’re here – THE WORKOUT!
Equipment You’ll Need:
- Dumbbells (I would use between 10-15 pound weights)
- Bench or chair for tricep dips
