HAPPY FIT FRIDAY (: Can December slow down already?! I’m trying to enjoy every second of all things Christmas, but time is flying! I’m planning on knocking out most of my shopping this weekend. We also have a dinner party to go to tonight and on Sunday I’m having a Christmas craft day with a few girlfriends (I’ll have to let y’all know how that goes…usually when I “craft” I just stick to drinking wine because I end up gluing things to my hands or the table).
Anyway, every Friday in December here on Glisten Fit a new workout series will be happening: Holiday Hustle!
All of the workouts are going to be quick and able to be done at home…perfect for your busy holiday schedule. No excuses to not keep up with your health and fitness goals this season. I want to do whatever I can to help you succeed.
Today’s BOOTY BLAST workout has a lower body focus.
Equipment You’ll Need:
- Elevated surface
Complete 4 rounds of the following:
- 20 lateral lunge hops
- 15 squats with 3 second hold
- 20 kettlebell swings
- 10/10 single leg deadlifts
- 12 3-pulse jump lunges
- 10/10 step-ups with kickback
