Hiii! Happy FIT FRIDAY (: I hope y’all have had a fabulous week! I’m back with another quick + effective workout to help keep you on track during the busy holiday season!
Equipment You’ll Need:
Plyos are my JAM because they burn fat while maintaining lean muscle – aka they sculpt beautiful legs! I try to get in a good plyo workout 1-2 times per week.
