Happy Fit Friday, babes (: I posted a BOSU workout a few months ago and I’ve had a lot of requests for another one! SOOO you ask – I make it happen. I love my BOSU ball – super awesome for engaging your core and working on balance.
So grab your BOSU ball and let’s sweat it out together!
- 20 in & out jumps
- 20 push-up to spiderman mountain climbers
- 20 plank jacks
- 20 V-sits
- 10/10 lateral jumps
