Hey y’all! Happy FIT FRIDAY (:
For those of you who are participating in the Glisten Girls 28-Day Challenge…we are almost one week in! WOO HOO! Keep up the hard work ladies!
If you’re not participating, I still wanted you to be getting your free workouts from me, so today I have a full body kettlebell workout for you!
Kettlebells are one of my favorite pieces of workout equipment. They really help transform the shape of your body. Plus you can use them in SO many different ways. Allow me to demonstrate.
Equipment You’ll Need:
- Kettlebell (I used 25 pounds)
Just a note: with the single arm kettlebell swings, make sure that you’re switching hands at the top of the swing. I know it might be hard to tell in the pictures so I wanted to point that out (:
