HAPPY FIT FRIDAY! Emphasis on the Friday part (; How was your week? Full of healthy meals and killer workouts I hope! I forgot how much work it is having a puppy, but I think he’s starting to kinda sorta grasp the idea of potty training. Chewing on everything…now that’s another story, ha! But just look at this sweet face:

Moving on to today’s workout – it’s a full body dumbbell circuit. You ready?
