Full Body Dumbbell Circuit Workout

HAPPY FIT FRIDAY! Emphasis on the Friday part (; How was your week? Full of healthy meals and killer workouts I hope! I forgot how much work it is having a puppy, but I think he’s starting to kinda sorta grasp the idea of potty training. Chewing on everything…now that’s another story, ha! But just look at this sweet face:

Moving on to today’s workout – it’s a full body dumbbell circuit. You ready?

Full Body Dumbbell Circuit

Equipment You’ll Need:

  • Mat
  • Set of dumbbells

Workout Breakdown:

I got positive feedback on the GIF images so I figured I’d do them again this week!

You’re going to complete 4 rounds of the following:

x15 BURPREE PRESS:
 Complete a burpee with a thruster in place of the jump.

x15 DEADLIFT TO HIGH PULL:
Keep your back flat and make sure this is one fluid motion.

x15 STRAIGHT LEG SIT-UPS:
Do a sit-up with straight legs while holding dumbbells.

x15 PLANK ROW TO TRIPLE PLANK JACKS:
Complete a plank row (each arm) then do 3 plank jacks. That equals 1 rep.

This one will have your heart rate up and is really going to shape and sculpt long, lean muscles! WINNER. Let me know if you do this workout!
